What is the difference between a Bookkeeper and an Accountant?

 A bookkeeper will focus on recording transactions and other task including sending invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly financial statements.  The bookkeeper provides the financial statements to the accountant for analysis. The accountant can then provide consultation to the business owner. The accountant is qualified to provide advise on taxation and prepare business taxes.

What security measures are in place to protect my data?

With Quickbooks Online, your information is secure and accessible with cloud hosting. Which means that all your data is backed up 100%. To keeps all your passwords safe and secure I use Zoho Vault.

Do I have to be located in your area?

Since Quickbooks is hosted by a cloud server your information is accessible from any location. So the answer is no, you can be located anywhere in the US.
